I am a Real Estate Agent dedicated to listening to clients needs and utilizing my negotiating skills, team of resources, and experience to ensure a successful transaction.
I was born and raised in Long Branch a beachside city in Monmouth County, New Jersey. As my Grandpa Soto, who was the back bone of the family became ill he gave the family two options either move to the home island Puerto Rico or Florida. Grandma Maria the main woman in our lives said “nos mudamos a Florida”. So we moved to Florida my junior year in high school. Honestly moving to Florida with it’s beautiful beaches, culture, diversity, and amusement parks didn’t make it difficult to call it home quickly.
During the last years of Grandpa Soto’s life I rode in the ambulance with him and spoke to the EMT during the drive. I became curious of the process of becoming an EMT after being told it would only take a few months of training. My graduation was months away with no major in thought so I decided to become an EMT. I attended Valencia Community College and received my Emergency Medical Technician Certification. I subsequently became a Volunteer EMT/Firefighter in Osceola County for about 3 years. While volunteering in Osceola County EMS I began working for a private Ambulance Company in Orlando as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher which I have been dedicated to for the last 19 years.
Shortly after the Volunteer Service discontinued in Osceola County and I couldn’t afford to pay for Fire 11 schooling I felt a void. That is when I ran into the amazing Veronica Figueroa at the private Ambulance Company and I decided to join Real Estate in 2005 while working as Emergency Medical Dispatcher. It was another approach that is very fulfilling in helping families in need.
In the last 14 years plus in Real Estate, I have stayed committed to serving my Clients, EMS Family, and friends. The repeated business, and referrals show that they think highly of me. Many people know me not just as a Real Estate Agent but as a trusted advisor, a neighbor, and most importantly a friend.
